Having been a Real Estate broker for many years, I had the opportunity to stage homes which were listed for sale. In addition, I saw the inside of most of the homes in Pitt County. This experience helped to prepare me for the career of my dreams...to become a part of the design team at Bostic Sugg Furniture Company. On the job training, from the owners of a successful company of 73 years has enabled me to assist home owners in the selection of new furniture that would compliment their existing pieces. I am also a certified Sleep Consultant.

From helping to decorate the Water Fowl Museum at Harkers Island, private homes in Cypress Landing and the Quail Ridge Club House, just blocks away I have been able to see transformations that only our company could provide.

I relocated to North Carolina in 2004 after living in Atlantic City, New Jersey for over 20 years.

I have been employed with Bostic Sugg Furniture since 2006. When I told my friends I got the job, they said that I would be working at the most prestigious furniture store in town. They let me know that they and their families had shopped here for years and the store was well known for their quality of furniture and customer service.

I have become a certified sleep consultant and the knowledge of furniture and design has been of great reward.

The ability to listen to clients and assist them in turning their home into a beautiful work of art is very inspiring. I've met wonderful people being a part of the organization.
